By accessing or using the HostingOne services, website, or any applications (including mobile applications) made available by HostingOne (together, the "Service"), however accessed, you agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms of Service"). The Service is owned or controlled by HostingOne. These Terms of Service affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Services

HostingOne provides web hosting, domain registration, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice to you, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party should we exercise such rights.

3. User Responsibilities

You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to your use of the Service and your Content, including but not limited to, copyright laws.

• You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links and other content or materials that you submit, post or display on or via the Service.
• You must not change, modify, adapt or alter the Service or change, modify or alter another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service or HostingOne.

4. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all charges associated with the Services you purchase. HostingOne bills in advance for our services. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.

If you provide credit card information, you authorize HostingOne to automatically charge your credit card for the Services you purchase and for any renewals. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, all of your Content may be deleted from the Service. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service or your access to the Service for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to you. If we terminate your access to the Service, your data will no longer be accessible through your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will HostingOne be liable to you for any loss or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, for any direct, indirect, economic, exemplary, special, punitive, incidental or consequential losses or damages) that are directly or indirectly related to the Service or your use of it.
